About Me

My name is Lindsay Gracey. I am pursuing a Master's Degree in Early Childhood Education with teaching certification. I hope to become a Pre-K or Kindergarten teacher. I am from the suburbs of Baltimore, Maryland. I moved to Oklahoma with my family last year because my husband's job was transferred.

I graduated from Villanova University with a Bachelor's degree in Communication and worked for a mutual fund company for 14 years prior to our cross country move. My husband and I met at work 10 years ago and have two little boys. Benjamin is 6 and Connor is 3. We live in Norman and have enjoyed getting to know our new town and state.

When I worked for the investment firm, my most recent position was RFP (Request for Proposal) Database Coordinator. I managed the database of template answers that our writers used when answering questionnaires bidding on new clients. I am familiar with access, WORD, excel, and powerpoint. I am less comfortable with newer technologies and am looking forward to learning new technology, as well as how to incorporate what I have learned into my future career.
