1. More use of smartboards in the preschool setting
2.Effective use of interactive video games that help reinforce concepts the young children were taught during formal instruction
3. Homework assignments for early childhood students that include linking them to an online activity
4.Creating a classroom web page that includes a weekly newsletter for parents to view online, so that students it is not lost if the child drops/loses the homework or parent folder.
5. Using older technology (like cameras) that the children can use to take pictures of their projects and creating their own digital art file (with the help of the teacher). The file could be given to the parents at the end of the year. Parents would love this. It is impossible to keep all of the artwork at home and they feel bad throwing it away.
